Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in any area of the hotel.

Check-in from 2.30 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m.
If you would like to leave later (late check-out), please speak to our staff at reception. If this is not possible due to the occupancy, you are welcome to hand in your luggage at the reception and to receive it again on your departure.
If you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask that you notify us in good time, otherwise your booking will can not be guaranteed.

Car parking is included in the cost of our rooms and available directly in front of the house in our guest parking lot.

We provide free commercial WIFI throughout the hotel, no password required.

1 Child (up to the age of 5) is free of charge when sleeping in the parents bed.
(Possible occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child)

We charge € 60.00 per night including breakfast, regardless of the age of the guest.

Please understand that pets are not allowed.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of staff, we are unable to put together an excursion programme for you.

The tourist tax is levied all year round and from the first night onwards. Prices per night and person (from 01/01/2024):
1.00 EUR from 01/01/2024 - 03/31/2024
2.50 EUR from April 1st, 2024 - October 31st, 2024
1.00 EUR from November 1st, 2024 - March 31st, 2025

You will receive the VHB guest card from us by paying the visitor's tax. The VHB guest card includes free travel on buses and trains in the entire district of Konstanz. You will also receive discounts on entry to various leisure facilities and attractions on the island.

The stated conditions regulate the procedure in the event of cancellation and no-show. You will find the content of the guest accommodation / accommodation contract.
